Apple banned from selling some iPhones and iPads after Samsung patent win

The International Trade Commission sent an order of exclusion to Barack Obama to the review
Apple infringed a patent of the South Korean company Samsung Electronics in the manufacture of some models of iPhone and iPad, ruled the Commission on International Trade of the United States in a final decision issued on Tuesday.

The panel gave a limited exclusion order and cease and desist order of the models AT

All the exclusion orders are sent to the President Barack Obama, who has 60 days to review it. If not the vein, will be in effect.
