Content Creator

 

Using a collaborative goal-setting methodology, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) will be set each quarter for SEO growth. Goals must be challenging but with measurable results. Progress will be tracked monthly basis minimum.

 

Responsibilities:



  • SEO Research &  Management, and Web Traffic Analysis: Through the use of different tools such as Google Analytics, Semrush, Antranks, Keyword Trackers, and more, follow up on website traffic and visitor activity. You must be extremely acquainted with our products in order to be able to drive traffic to them and calculate ROI for each of them. Knowledge of our web traffic statistics and website structure, popular search keywords, and other data related to web usage is a must. Any significant website change in statistics,  search results, or google update must be immediately reported. Objectives and key results must be set for each quarter. 

 

  • Blog Management: Coordinate with the product manager and writers, topics, content, keywords, and backlinks to use on our blogs. The goal of the blog must remain to drive traffic that converts into sales. 

 

  • Link building: Create backlinks through guest posts, paid, organically, partnerships or link exchange, through vendors, platforms such as https://posirank.com/ and https://getfluence.com/en/  or by contacting authors and websites directly.




Qualifications:

 

  • Fluent English (conversational).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, Computer Science or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years of experience with social media advertising and/or SEO.
  • Previous account management and client relationship experience required.
  • Previous experience with social media strategy and implementation, preferably in paid media campaigns
  • Previous experience at a marketing agency is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience handling marketing budgets and developing insights based on campaign results
  • Have strong project management and organizational skills being able to manage multiple projects at once utilizing tools like Jira, Google Docs, etc.
  • Have a passion for social media, be an active user, and have a passion to stay in the loop on the latest social media trends, capabilities, and platforms
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and assertive, with strong analytical and deductive skills
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills for effective client relations
  • Experience with concept creation across all types of media.
  • All submissions will require a portfolio with work examples.
