Talk to a human →
01 How many devices do we need to sell?
Our bulk buyback program is built for lots of roughly 10 devices or more, which covers most district refreshes, lab decommissions, and 1:1 program turnovers. If you have a smaller batch, you can still get an instant quote through our standard device pages.
02 What kinds of devices do you accept?
We buy Chromebooks, laptops, MacBooks, iPads and tablets, desktops, all-in-ones, and phones. Devices don't need to be in perfect condition — the condition you note on your list determines the quote, and our team confirms it on inspection.
03 How is our data handled and wiped?
Every device we receive is securely sanitized following NIST 800-88 guidelines. We recommend deprovisioning and removing devices from your management console before shipping, but we wipe each unit again during processing so your data is never at risk.
04 How does pricing work?
We use a simple, transparent model based on device type and whether the unit is working or not — no complicated grading tiers or surprise deductions. You'll receive a clear per-device quote so you know exactly what to expect.
05 Who covers shipping?
We do. Once you approve your quote, we cover shipping on bulk lots and provide everything your team needs to pack and send the devices safely.
06 How and when do we get paid?
After your devices arrive and pass inspection, we confirm the final offer and issue payment. If your district requires a specific payment method or purchase documentation, note it on your list and we'll work with your process.
