For Companies & IT Departments

Corporate laptop
buyback, done right.

We buy high-end business laptops and performance machines from companies across the United States — ThinkPads, Latitudes, EliteBooks, MacBook Pros, mobile workstations, and the rest of your retired fleet.

Every quote is tailored to the supplier. Send us your asset list and we price it against live market data, cover the shipping, and put each device through our full data-security procedure.

What makes our buyback different

Built for the way IT teams actually decommission.

Retiring a fleet shouldn’t mean chasing a broker, accepting a generic price sheet, or wondering where your data went. Here’s what changes when you work with us.

Quotes tailored to you

We price each supplier’s list on its own merits — configuration, age, volume, and current resale demand — instead of applying a flat category rate.

Thorough data security

Chain of custody from receipt to processing, sanitization aligned with NIST 800-88, and a certificate of data destruction whenever your policy requires one.

Business-class inventory

Premium business ultrabooks, mobile workstations, and performance laptops are where we pay best — the machines most brokers under-value.

Logistics we handle

Prepaid labels, packing guidance, and tracking on every lot — plus the paperwork your asset register and finance team need at the other end.

What we buy

Hardware we purchase back.

Our strongest pricing is on high-end business and performance laptops, but we’ll evaluate the rest of the fleet in the same lot.

Simple from start to finish

Four steps from asset list to payment.

No sales calls to schedule and no vendor portal to learn — just a clear path your IT team can run alongside the refresh.

01

Send your asset list

Attach a spreadsheet with make, model, CPU, RAM, storage, condition, and quantity. Export straight from your asset register if that’s easiest.

02

Get a tailored quote

We benchmark your specific configurations against live resale data and email back a per-device quote, line by line, with no hidden deductions.

03

Ship on us

Once you approve, we cover shipping and send prepaid labels plus packing guidance so your team can palletize or box the lot and hand it off.

04

Wipe, confirm, get paid

We inspect, sanitize every unit to NIST 800-88, confirm the final offer, and issue payment with the documentation your finance team needs.

Data security

The most thorough part of the process.

Corporate hardware carries corporate data. Every device that reaches us is logged, tracked, and sanitized before it goes anywhere else — and we can document each step for your compliance file. Read the full data erasure protocols.

  • Documented chain of custody

Every unit is logged against your lot on arrival and tracked through inspection, sanitization, and payout.

  • NIST 800-88 sanitization

Drives are wiped to NIST 800-88 guidelines. Where storage is physically damaged or inaccessible, we destroy it instead.

  • Certificates on request

Erasure generates a tamper-proof certificate of data destruction — an auditable record for IT compliance or regulatory documentation.

  • Deprovision first, wipe again here

We ask that you remove devices from your MDM or management console before shipping — then we wipe each unit again during processing.

Is this program right for your company?

This program can help if you’re…

Companies of every size use buyback to close the loop on their hardware lifecycle. You’re a good fit if you’re:

Running a hardware refresh

Recover budget from the outgoing fleet at the same time you’re provisioning the new one.

Downsizing or consolidating offices

Turn machines left behind by a move, a merger, or a shift to remote work into recovered value rather than storage cost.

Under IT budget pressure

Offset next year’s hardware spend by reinvesting what your retired assets are still worth.

Holding assets you can’t store

Clear closets, cages, and warehouse shelves of equipment that’s only losing value while it sits.

Accountable for data compliance

Get documented, standards-aligned sanitization before any device leaves your control — with certificates for the audit trail.

Committed to sustainability targets

Working devices are refurbished and resold; the rest are responsibly recycled, keeping e-waste out of landfills.

FAQ

Questions from IT and procurement.

What companies usually want to know before sending their first asset list.

Talk to a human →
01 How many devices do we need to sell?
Our corporate program is built for lots of roughly 10 devices or more, which covers most refresh cycles, office consolidations, and department decommissions. For a smaller batch you can still get an instant quote through our standard device pages.
02 What does "tailored to each supplier" actually mean?
We don’t apply a flat rate per category. Your list is priced on its own configurations — processor generation, RAM, storage, discrete graphics, condition, and volume — against current resale demand for those exact models. Two companies sending the same model count can receive different quotes for good reasons, and we’ll explain the line items.
03 How is our data handled?
Every device is logged on arrival and sanitized following NIST 800-88 guidelines. We recommend deprovisioning and removing units from your MDM or management console before shipping, but we wipe each one again during processing. Certificates of data destruction are available on request — see our data erasure protocols for the full procedure.
04 Do devices need to be working?
No. Note the condition on your list and we’ll quote accordingly — non-working units still carry value. Missing drives, broken hinges, failed batteries, and cosmetic damage are all fine as long as they’re described up front; our team confirms condition on inspection.
05 Who covers shipping, and how do we send the lot?
We do. Once you approve the quote we cover shipping on bulk lots and provide prepaid labels, packing guidance, and tracking. If the lot is large enough to palletize, tell us in your request and we’ll arrange freight instead of parcel.
06 How and when do we get paid?
After your devices arrive and pass inspection we confirm the final offer and issue payment. If your company requires a specific payment method, a W-9, a purchase order reference, or an invoice in a particular format, note it in your request and we’ll work with your process.
