03 Does my iMac need to be in working condition?
Not necessarily. We buy iMacs in a wide range of conditions — from like-new to display issues or units that won't power on. Just describe the condition accurately when you get your quote so the offer reflects it. We'll confirm the condition on arrival and pay out accordingly.
04 Should I sign out of iCloud and Find My before shipping?
Yes — sign out of iCloud and turn off Find My, then erase the Mac (on Apple silicon and T2 Macs, use Erase All Content and Settings; on older Intel Macs, erase the drive in Disk Utility via Recovery). 05 Do I need to include the keyboard, mouse, or power cable?
The power cable should be included so we can test the iMac on arrival. The Magic Keyboard and Magic Mouse aren't required, but including them in good condition can improve your offer. Your quote will note anything we'd like you to send along.
06 How soon do I get paid after shipping my iMac?
