01 Which speakers do you buy?

02 Does my speaker need to be in working condition?
Not necessarily. We buy speakers in a range of conditions, including those with battery issues, connectivity faults, or units that won't power on. The condition you select during the quote determines your offer, and our team confirms it on inspection.
03 Do I need to remove the speaker from my account or app?
Yes — before shipping, factory reset the speaker and remove it from its companion app (Sonos, Bose Music, the Home app for a HomePod, and so on). This unlinks it from your account and clears any saved Wi-Fi credentials so the next owner can set it up cleanly.
04 Should I include the power cable and accessories?
Please include the power adapter or charging cable so we can test the speaker on arrival. The original box, remote, and any mounts aren't required, but sending them in good condition can improve your offer. Your quote will note what we'd like you to include.
05 How soon do I get paid after shipping my speaker?
