Which drones do you buy?
We buy consumer and prosumer drones from the major makers — DJI (Mavic, Air, Mini,
Phantom, and FPV lines), Autel, and others. If you don't see your exact model,
request a custom quote and we'll evaluate it.

Does my drone need to be in working condition?
Not necessarily. We buy drones in a range of conditions, including those with
gimbal faults, prop or arm damage, or units that won't power on. The condition you
select during the quote determines your offer, and our team confirms it on inspection.

Do I need to include the controller, batteries, and props?
Please include the remote controller and at least one battery and charger so we can
test the drone in flight. Extra batteries, spare props, ND filters, and the original
case aren't required, but sending them in good condition can improve your offer. Your
quote will note what we'd like you to include.

How do I remove my account and personal footage?
Before shipping, remove the microSD card (or wipe any onboard storage) to clear your
photos and footage, then sign out of the flight app and unbind the drone from your
account. As a safeguard, every device we receive is also reset during processing,
so your data is never at risk.

How soon do I get paid after shipping my drone?
Once we receive and inspect your drone, payment goes out within one to two business
days. Choose from PayPal, Venmo, Zelle (all instant once issued) or a mailed check.
Shipping is free with a prepaid label, and you're never obligated to accept a
revised offer — if you disagree, we'll send the device back at no cost.
