01 Which iPhone models do you buy?

02 Does my iPhone need to be in working condition?
Not necessarily. We buy iPhones in a wide range of conditions — from like-new to cracked screens and devices that won't power on. Just describe the condition accurately when you get your quote so the offer reflects it. We'll confirm the condition on arrival and pay out accordingly.
03 Do I need to turn off Find My iPhone and remove my Apple ID?
Yes — before shipping, please sign out of your Apple ID and turn off Find My iPhone (Settings → your name → Find My), then erase the device (Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone → Erase All Content and Settings). 04 Does it matter if my iPhone is locked to a carrier?
We accept both factory-unlocked and carrier-locked iPhones. Unlocked devices typically fetch a higher offer, so if you're able to unlock it through your carrier before selling, it's worth doing. Either way, make sure the device is fully paid off and not reported lost or stolen.
05 What happens to my personal data?
