02 How do I find my Sager's exact model number?
Sager prints the NP number on the label on the underside of the chassis. If the label has worn off, open System Information in Windows and check the System Model field. Our laptop model-number guide walks you through it step by step.
03 My Sager shows a Clevo model number. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Sager notebooks are built on Clevo chassis, so the BIOS or the internal label often reports something like N960TF or PB71 instead of the NP number on the box. Either identifier works — send us whichever one you can read and we'll match it to the right machine.
04 Do upgrades change my offer?
