Frequently asked questions

01 How do I confirm I have the Dell G3 15 3590?

Flip the laptop over and read the service tag / regulatory model label on the bottom panel (the G3 15 3590 carries regulatory model P89F). It's the 15.6" 2019 model with a 9th-gen Intel Core processor — the larger 17.3" sibling is the G3 17 3779. Our guide to finding your laptop's model number walks you through it.

02 Does my Dell G3 15 need to be in working condition to sell it?

Not necessarily. We buy laptops in a range of conditions, including those with cracked screens, battery issues, or units that won't power on. Select the condition that matches your device during the quote above — that determines your offer, and our team confirms it on inspection.

03 Should I remove my drives or wipe my data before shipping?

We recommend backing up your files and signing out of your accounts first. You don't need to remove the SSD or HDD — every device we receive goes through certified data erasure. You can read exactly how we handle it on our data erasure protocols page.

04 Does a better GPU, more RAM, or extra storage increase my offer?

Yes. The graphics card is the biggest value driver on a gaming laptop — an RTX 2060 or GTX 1660 Ti configuration is worth more than a GTX 1050. Higher RAM and dual-drive (SSD + HDD) builds also earn more. Select the components that match what's actually installed when you build your quote.

05 How and when do I get paid?

Once we receive and inspect your Dell G3 15 3590, payment is issued within two business days. You can choose to be paid by check, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or CashApp. Shipping to us is always free and insured with a prepaid label.
