The HP OmniDesk Desktop AI PC (M03 series) is HP's consumer mini-tower built on Intel's Core Ultra 200S "Arrow Lake-S" platform, launched in 2025 and carried into 2026 with refreshed SKUs. It replaced the long-running HP Envy Desktop and HP Pavilion Desktop lines when HP retired those names in favor of the Omni family. You will see it sold under model numbers such as M03-0000t, M03-0010, M03-0054, M03-0060, M03-0102, M03-0155t, M03-0173t, and M03-0175t — the "t" endings are configure-to-order units bought directly from HP, and the plain four-digit endings are fixed retail bundles from stores. Because HP sold this exact chassis in dozens of build combinations, your processor, graphics, memory, and drive size are what set the resale price. Many people don't realize a used desktop can be sold for cash at all — Gadget Salvation buys the OmniDesk directly, with free insured shipping and no selling fees. Choose your configuration in the tool above for an instant offer.

Make sure you have the M03 "Desktop AI PC"

HP sells several OmniDesk towers that look similar on a shelf. Only the M03 is the Desktop AI PC quoted on this page. Check the model number printed on the label first, then confirm with the color and processor.

This page: OmniDesk Desktop AI PC (M03)

  • Model number starts M03-
  • Intel Core Ultra 5 or Core Ultra 7 processor
  • Dark wood front trim over a jack black chassis (2026 SKUs also appear in gray wood)
  • Includes an Intel AI Boost neural processing unit rated at 13 NPU TOPS

Not this page: OmniDesk Desktop PC (M02)

  • Model number starts M02-
  • Intel Core i3, i5, or i7 14th generation — or an AMD Ryzen 8000G chip on some SKUs
  • Meteor silver or gray wood finish, no "AI PC" badge
  • No neural processing unit

Not this page: OmniDesk Slim (S03) and OmniDesk Desktop AI (S04)

  • Model number starts S03- or S04-
  • S03 is a narrow small-form-factor case, noticeably thinner than the M03 mini-tower
  • S04 is the AMD Ryzen version of the AI PC
  • Neither uses the M03 board or power supply

Not this page: HP Envy or Pavilion Desktop

  • Model numbers such as TE02 or TP01
  • These are the predecessors the OmniDesk replaced — same manufacturer, different generation and different quote page
  • If your label says Envy or Pavilion, browse our desktop trade-in catalog and pick that model instead

Where to find the label, step by step. Turn the tower around. HP prints a white or silver service label on the rear panel or the top edge showing the Product name (for example, HP OmniDesk Desktop AI M03-0173t PC), a Product # such as B6NG2AA#ABA, and a Serial #. If that label is missing or unreadable, use Windows instead:

  • Hold the Windows key and press R, type msinfo32, then press Enter. Read the lines marked System Model, System SKU, and Processor — those three give us everything we need.
  • To check your graphics, press Ctrl + Shift + Esc, click Performance, and look at the GPU entries on the left. If you see an NVIDIA GeForce RTX name there, you have a discrete graphics card; if the only entry says Intel Graphics, select "Integrated" above.
  • To check memory and storage, press Windows key + I, then go to System → About for installed RAM, and System → Storage for drive size.

Core hardware configurations

Processor (CPU)

  • Intel Core Ultra 5 225 — 10 cores (6 performance + 4 efficient), 10 threads, 20MB L3 cache, up to 4.9 GHz
  • Intel Core Ultra 7 265 — 20 cores (8 performance + 12 efficient), 20 threads, 30MB L3 cache, up to 5.3 GHz
  • Intel Core Ultra 7 265F — identical to the 265 but with no integrated graphics; HP used it in builds that ship with a discrete NVIDIA card. Select "Intel Core Ultra 7 265" above if yours reads 265F
  • All are LGA 1851 socket chips on an Intel B860 chipset, and none of them are overclockable
  • Every OmniDesk AI PC processor includes Intel AI Boost, an on-chip NPU rated at 13 TOPS

Graphics (GPU)

  • Integrated: Intel Graphics built into the Core Ultra chip — video comes out of the motherboard's DisplayPort and HDMI connectors
  • NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5060 — 8GB GDDR7, in a PCIe x16 slot
  • NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 — 8GB GDDR6, used in 2025 builds such as the M03-0175t
  • With a discrete card installed, plug your monitor into the card, not the motherboard
  • Discrete-graphics builds are paired with a Core Ultra 7 265F, which has no integrated graphics at all

Memory (RAM)

  • DDR5-5600 across every M03 configuration — DDR4 modules do not physically fit
  • Two DIMM slots on the board, user-upgradable to 64GB total
  • Factory builds shipped with 8GB, 16GB, or 32GB
  • Budget SKUs often ship a single 8GB or 16GB stick, which runs in single-channel mode until a second matching stick is added

Storage

  • PCIe Gen4 NVMe M.2 solid state drive — no mechanical hard drive from the factory
  • Factory capacities of 256GB, 512GB, 1TB, and 2TB, with larger drives available on configure-to-order units
  • HP lists two M.2 slots on the board: one for the SSD and one occupied by the wireless card
  • No optical disc drive in any configuration

Chassis, power supply & cooling

Form factor & finish

A compact mini-tower measuring 13.27 × 6.10 × 12.40 inches as published by HP — roughly six inches wide, so it fits beside a monitor rather than under a desk. Jack black metal chassis with a wood-look front panel, built using at least 20% recycled metal and at least 65% post-consumer recycled plastic, and registered EPEAT Gold with Climate+ and ENERGY STAR certified.

Power supply

Two tiers, tied directly to graphics: integrated-graphics builds use a 280W 80 PLUS Platinum unit, while builds with an NVIDIA RTX card use a 400W 80 PLUS Platinum unit. The power supply uses HP's proprietary connector layout rather than standard ATX wiring, which is why a generic replacement will not drop in.

Cooling

Standard air cooling with an intake at the front panel and exhaust at the rear, plus the stock Intel cooler on the processor. There is no liquid cooling option and no RGB lighting in this chassis.

Weight

≈ 11.78 lb (5.34 kg) for the tower alone, before the keyboard, mouse, and power cord.

Operating system

Shipped with Windows 11 Home on most retail SKUs and Windows 11 Pro on selected configure-to-order and business bundles, with a dedicated Copilot key on the included HP keyboard.

Included accessories

Retail units shipped with an HP wireless or wired keyboard and mouse set (the HP 710 or HP 125 combo, depending on SKU) plus a detachable power cord. No monitor was ever included.

Ports & connectivity

The OmniDesk M03 puts its fast ports on the front and its legacy ports on the back — a layout worth checking if you are confirming which HP tower you own.

Front panel
  • 1× USB-C (10Gbps signaling rate)
  • 1× USB-C (5Gbps signaling rate)
  • 2× USB-A (10Gbps signaling rate)
  • 2× USB-A (5Gbps signaling rate)
  • 1× 3.5mm headphone/microphone combo jack
Rear panel
  • 4× USB-A 2.0
  • 1× RJ-45 Gigabit Ethernet (10/100/1000)
  • 1× DisplayPort 1.4a (motherboard video)
  • 1× HDMI 2.1 out (motherboard video)
  • 1× audio line in, 1× audio line out
  • Additional display outputs on the discrete graphics card, where fitted

Not included on the OmniDesk M03: no SD or microSD card reader, no Thunderbolt, no optical drive, no front-panel line-in, and no built-in speakers or webcam — this is a tower only.

Intel B860 chipset 13 NPU TOPS Wi-Fi 6 or Wi-Fi 6E Bluetooth 5.3 / 5.4 Gigabit Ethernet

Wireless hardware varies by SKU: discrete-graphics builds shipped with an Intel Wi-Fi 6E AX211 (2×2) card and Bluetooth 5.3, while several integrated-graphics builds shipped with a Realtek Wi-Fi 6 (2×2) card and Bluetooth 5.4. Both sit in the second M.2 slot.

Frequently asked questions

01 How do I find my HP OmniDesk model number if I am not technical?
Start with the sticker. Turn the tower so the back faces you and look for a small white or silver label, usually near the top edge or beside the ports. It lists the full product name — something like HP OmniDesk Desktop AI M03-0155t PC — along with a Product # and a Serial #. That product name is all we need. If the sticker has peeled off or the print has faded, Windows will tell you. Hold the Windows key and press R, type msinfo32, and press Enter. A window opens with a list; read System Model and System SKU near the top, and Processor a few lines down. You can also type "System Information" into the Windows search box to open the same window. If HP Support Assistant is installed, opening it shows your product number and serial on the first screen. Our model number guide shows each of these methods with pictures, and if you still cannot pin it down, send us a photo of the rear label through our contact form and we will identify it for you.
02 My HP is also called an OmniDesk. How do I know it is the M03 AI PC?
The prefix on the model number decides it. This page covers only towers whose model number begins M03- and whose processor reads Intel Core Ultra 5 or Intel Core Ultra 7. If your label reads M02-, you have the standard OmniDesk Desktop PC — it runs an Intel Core i3, i5, or i7 14th generation chip or an AMD Ryzen 8000G chip, has no neural processing unit, and is typically finished in meteor silver rather than dark wood. If it reads S03- you have the slim small-form-factor OmniDesk, and if it reads S04- you have the AMD-based OmniDesk Desktop AI. A quick shortcut: open Task Manager with Ctrl + Shift + Esc and click Performance. If there is an NPU entry in the left-hand list alongside CPU, Memory, and GPU, you have an AI PC. If there is no NPU entry, you do not. Quoting the wrong model means the offer gets revised after our technicians inspect the unit, so it is worth the extra minute. Everything else HP builds is listed in our desktop trade-in catalog.
03 Will you buy it if I upgraded the parts, or if something inside has failed?
Yes to both. Quote the hardware that is actually in the machine right now, not what HP originally shipped. If you added a second memory stick or swapped in a bigger SSD, select the current totals above — those upgrades stay with the tower and are reflected in your offer. If you pulled the graphics card out and put the original back, quote whatever is installed at the moment you ship it. If something has failed, mark it under the condition selectors: power or motherboard faults, defective hardware, missing or defective storage, or software issues. We buy non-working OmniDesk towers too. Two notes specific to this model. First, send the power cord — the tower will not be tested without one, and a missing cord reduces the offer. Second, some of the condition checkboxes above were written for laptops; a tower has no screen, no built-in keyboard, and no battery, so leave those boxes unchecked and describe any other issue in the order notes instead.
04 What is a trade-in, and which OmniDesk configurations are worth the most?
Plenty of people assume a used desktop is only good for recycling, or that the only alternative is a marketplace listing and a stranger at the front door. There is a third route most sellers have never tried: a direct cash trade-in. Gadget Salvation has bought pre-owned electronics since 2008. You pick your configuration above, lock in a firm offer, print a free insured UPS label, ship the tower, and get paid — no listing to write, no photos to take, no haggling, and no selling fees skimmed off the total. See exactly how the process works, or read our guide to selling a used computer for the most cash and the least hassle. On the OmniDesk M03, all four selectors above move the number, in roughly this order. Graphics matters most — a tower with an NVIDIA RTX card is worth considerably more than the same tower on integrated Intel graphics, because the card alone holds real resale value. Processor is next: the 20-core Core Ultra 7 265 pays more than the 10-core Core Ultra 5 225. Memory and storage then adjust the total, with 32GB and 1TB or 2TB configurations at the top of the range. One honest note on the marketing: HP badges this as an "AI PC" because the Core Ultra chip includes a 13 TOPS neural processing unit. Microsoft's Copilot+ PC program requires 40 TOPS or more, so the OmniDesk M03 is an AI PC but not a Copilot+ PC — a distinction worth knowing whether you are selling it or buying one used. Running a build the selectors do not cover — 64GB of memory, a 4TB drive, or a graphics card you installed yourself — request a custom quote and we will price the actual machine. Clearing out several at once? We handle volume through bulk trade-in and corporate device buyback. You can also read our walkthrough on selling used HP computers online.
05 How do I wipe my data, and what should I pack in the box?
Back up anything you want to keep first — documents, photos, tax files, browser passwords — to an external drive or cloud storage. Then sign out of your Microsoft account, deauthorize any software licenses tied to the machine, and run a reset: Settings → System → Recovery → Reset this PC → Remove everything. If the desktop came from an employer or a school, ask their IT team to release it from Intune or any other device management enrollment before you ship, since a managed device cannot be fully reset by the person holding it. You do not need to open the case or pull the M.2 drive out. Every drive we receive goes through our certified erasure process, which is documented on the data erasure protocols page. In the box, include the tower and the power cord. The keyboard and mouse are welcome but not required. Leave the monitor at home. Because this is a mini-tower rather than a laptop, packing matters more than usual — use a sturdy double-walled box with at least two inches of padding on every side so the cooler and the graphics card are not stressed in transit. Our shipping instructions cover it, and the label is free and fully insured. Once the tower arrives and passes inspection, payment goes out within two business days by PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, or a mailed check.
