The OnePlus 13 is OnePlus's early-2025 flagship, built around Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite platform and a Hasselblad-tuned triple camera system. It was aimed at buyers who wanted top-tier Android performance and camera hardware without stepping into Samsung or Apple's most expensive tier, and it carried that positioning into the US market through AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and unlocked channels. Because it's a recent flagship with a fast chip, a large battery, and a display that still competes with anything on the market, it holds resale value well even as newer models arrive. Pick your carrier and condition above for a live cash offer, and see how the process works if you want the shipping and payment details before you commit. If you're ready now, you can also go straight to the page to sell your smartphone.

Frequently asked questions

01 How do I find the model number or exact configuration?
Go to Settings → About Phone on the device itself. This screen shows the model name, model number, and software build. Storage and RAM are listed under Settings → About Phone → Storage or in Settings → Battery for capacity details. If you bought the phone through a carrier, the SIM and network settings page will show which carrier it's tied to and whether it's locked.
02 How do I tell it apart from the OnePlus 12?
Check Settings → About Phone first; the model name will read "OnePlus 13" or "OnePlus 12" directly. Visually, the camera module on the 13 sits closer to the corner of the back panel and has a slightly different ring design than the 12's. The 13 also drops the alert slider position slightly and uses a flatter frame profile. If the settings menu is inaccessible, the model number printed in the SIM tray slot or original packaging is the most reliable confirmation.
03 Can I sell it with damage, a weak battery, or if it won't turn on?
Yes. Cracked screens, degraded batteries, and phones that won't power on can still be sold; the condition picker above adjusts the offer for exactly this kind of damage. Before shipping, you must remove any Google account lock and factory reset the phone if it still powers on, since a device tied to an active account or carrier lock can't be resold and will affect what we can offer. If the phone is dead, we can often still work with you on next steps.
04 What raises the trade-in value the most?
Condition and completeness matter most. A screen free of cracks, a battery that still holds a normal charge, and a body without dents or heavy scratching move the offer up the most. An unlocked configuration is generally more flexible for resale than a carrier-locked one. Including the original box and cable helps, though it's not required. Backing up and fully erasing the phone before shipping also keeps the process from stalling during testing.
05 How do I erase it and remove my accounts, and how do I get paid?
Back up anything you want to keep, then go to Settings → System → Reset options → Erase all data (factory reset). Before that, remove your Google account from Settings → Passwords & Accounts, and if you use a screen lock or Find My Device, turn that off too so the phone isn't tied to you after reset. Once it's wiped, ship it to us; shipping is free and insured. After we test the device against the condition you selected, payment goes out by PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, or check. Full details are in our data erasure protocols.
