Looking to sell your Razer Blade Stealth 13.3" (2020) for cash? Marketed as Razer's “World's First Gaming Ultrabook,” this compact CNC-aluminum machine paired a discrete NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti Max-Q with an ultraportable 13.3-inch chassis — a rare combination for its size class. The 2020 line was sold under two closely related model numbers: the original RZ09-03102, built on Intel's 10th-gen “Ice Lake” Core i7-1065G7 with Thunderbolt 3, and the “Late 2020” refresh RZ09-0327, upgraded to the 11th-gen “Tiger Lake” Core i7-1165G7 with Thunderbolt 4 and a new OLED touch display option. The two look nearly identical from the outside, so pinning down your exact model number and display panel is what determines your quote. This page covers the 13.3-inch 2020 models only — if you have the older 12.5-inch (2016) Stealth or the 2017/2019 versions, those are separate devices with different values. Select your components using our tool above to view an instant cash offer for your exact machine, or trade it in toward your next device — more on our trade-in service below.
Which 2020 model do you have?
Both 2020 Blade Stealth 13 machines share the same body, keyboard, and 4GB GTX 1650 Ti Max-Q graphics. The differences that matter for pricing are the processor generation, the Thunderbolt version, and the display panel. Flip your laptop over and read the model number printed on the bottom panel — it starts with RZ09-. See the identification section further down for a step-by-step walkthrough.

Display & audio
Display
RZ09-03102 (10th-gen) shipped with one of three 13.3-inch panels: standard FHD (1920 × 1080) at 60Hz, a faster FHD 120Hz matte panel, or a 4K UHD (3840 × 2160) touch panel. RZ09-0327 (11th-gen) offered a 13.3-inch FHD 120Hz matte panel or a new FHD 1080p OLED touch panel (60Hz). All panels use thin ~4.9 mm bezels, Gorilla Glass, and 100% sRGB calibration; the OLED variant adds 100% DCI-P3. Your exact panel meaningfully affects resale value — the 4K and OLED options command more.
Audio
Four upward-firing speakers with a smart amplifier and Dolby Atmos spatial audio, plus a 3.5mm combo headphone/mic jack.
Ports & connectivity
The Blade Stealth 13 keeps a slim port set typical of an ultrabook. The key difference between the two 2020 models is the USB-C standard: the 10th-gen uses Thunderbolt 3, while the 11th-gen steps up to Thunderbolt 4.
- 1× USB-C (Thunderbolt 3 on RZ09-03102 / Thunderbolt 4 on RZ09-0327; supports charging, DisplayPort output, and Razer Core eGPU)
- 1× USB-A 3.2 Gen 1
- 1× USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 (also supports charging and DisplayPort output)
- 1× USB-A 3.2 Gen 1
- 1× 3.5mm headphone/microphone combo jack
Note: the Blade Stealth 13 charges over USB-C — there is no separate barrel/DC-in port, no HDMI, no Ethernet, and no SD card reader.

Battery, build & more
