- No selling fees, unlike marketplaces
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ launched in 2020 as Samsung's answer to the iPad Pro: a large-screen Android tablet built for note-taking, media, and light creative work, with a bundled S Pen and DeX desktop mode for anyone who wants a laptop-adjacent workflow. It shipped as SM-T970 (Wi-Fi), SM-T975 (LTE), and SM-T976B (5G, select markets). Years later it still holds value because of its 120Hz AMOLED panel, capable Snapdragon 865+ chip, and expandable storage — features plenty of newer budget tablets still don't match. If you're ready to move it on, pick your storage tier and condition above for an instant cash offer, see how the process works, or head over if you'd rather sell your tablet through our general trade-in path.
Confirm you have the Galaxy Tab S7+
Open Settings → About tablet → Model number. That single field tells you which variant you have and rules out the smaller Tab S7. If the screen won't turn on, the model number is also printed in small text on the back panel, near the bottom edge.
SM-T970
- Wi-Fi only, no cellular radio
- No SIM tray on the frame
- Sold in 128GB and 256GB tiers
SM-T975
- LTE-capable, includes a nano-SIM tray
- Carrier lock possible depending on origin
- Same body and display as the Wi-Fi model
SM-T976B
- 5G-capable, sold in select markets
- Paired with the 512GB storage tier in some regions
- Check carrier lock status before selling
Prefer a visual check? The Tab S7+ has a large 12.4-inch screen, a slim aluminum back with a dual-camera bump in the top left corner, and a magnetic strip on the back where the S Pen attaches and charges. There's no headphone jack on either edge.

Display & audio
Display
12.4-inch Super AMOLED panel at 2800x1752 resolution, with a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support. It's one of the sharpest, smoothest panels Samsung has put in a tablet of this size.
Audio
Quad AKG-tuned speakers tuned for Dolby Atmos, arranged to fire properly whether you hold the tablet in portrait or landscape. There's no 3.5mm headphone jack, so wired listening requires a USB-C adapter or a USB-C headset.
Security
An under-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor is built into the AMOLED panel, along with face recognition as a faster but less secure backup.
Ports & connectivity
Wired connections all run through a single USB-C port; wireless standards cover current Wi-Fi and Bluetooth generations for the tablet's release period.
- USB-C 3.2 (data, charging, DisplayPort output)
- POGO pin connector for the optional keyboard cover
- Wi-Fi 6
- Bluetooth 5.0
- LTE or 5G on SM-T975 and SM-T976B
- GPS

Battery, build & more
Battery
10,090mAh, large enough for a full day of note-taking or video playback. It supports Samsung's fast wired charging standard.
Dimensions & weight
Roughly 285 x 185 x 5.7mm and around 575 grams for the Wi-Fi model, slightly more for cellular variants. Thin for a 12.4-inch slate.
Finishes
Mystic Black and Mystic Silver were the standard colors, with Mystic Bronze tied to select cellular configurations.
Software
Launched on Android 10 with One UI 2.5 and received several years of subsequent One UI updates. DeX mode is built in for a desktop-style multitasking layout.
Accessories
The S Pen ships in the box and attaches magnetically to the back for charging. The keyboard cover was sold separately and isn't included by default.
