02 How do I find my Apple Watch's exact model?
On the watch, open Settings → General → About to see the model name, case size, and connectivity. You can also check in the Watch app on your paired iPhone. Note the case size (e.g. 41mm or 45mm) and whether it's GPS or GPS + Cellular, since both affect your offer.
03 Does my Apple Watch need to be in working condition?
Not necessarily. We buy Apple Watches in a wide range of conditions — from like-new to cracked screens, battery issues, or units that won't power on. 04 Do I need to unpair my watch and turn off Activation Lock?

05 Should I include the band and charger?
Please include the magnetic charging cable so we can test the watch on arrival. A band isn't required, but including the original band in good condition can improve your offer. Your quote will note anything we'd like you to send along.
06 How soon do I get paid after shipping my Apple Watch?
Once we receive and inspect your Apple Watch, payment goes out within one to two business days. Choose from PayPal, Venmo, Zelle (all instant once issued) or a mailed check.
