01 Which LG laptops do you buy?
We buy the LG gram line — including the gram 14, 16, and 17, the gram Pro, and the ultralight gram SuperSlim. Search above to find your exact model, or request a custom quote if you don't see it.
02 How do I find my LG's exact model?
The model number is printed on a label on the underside of the laptop, or you can find it in Windows under System Information. Our LG model-number guide walks you through it step by step.
03 Is my data wiped securely?
Yes. While we recommend signing out of your accounts and wiping the drive before shipping, every device we receive is securely wiped again during processing, so your personal data is never at risk.
04 How long until I get paid?
Once we receive and inspect your LG laptop, payment is issued promptly — typically within a few business days. You can choose PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or a mailed check, depending on what's most convenient for you.
