03 Do I need to unpair it and remove my account?
Yes — before shipping, unpair the watch from your phone and sign out of the linked account. On an Apple Watch, unpairing via the Watch app also turns off Activation Lock; on Wear OS and other watches, remove your Google or brand account and factory reset the device. 04 Should I include the band and charger?
Please include the charging cable or dock so we can test the watch on arrival. A band isn't required, but including the original band in good condition can improve your offer. Your quote will note anything we'd like you to send along.
05 How soon do I get paid after shipping my smartwatch?
Once we receive and inspect your smartwatch, payment goes out within one to two business days. Choose from PayPal, Venmo, Zelle (all instant once issued) or a mailed check. Shipping is free with a prepaid label, and you're never obligated to accept a revised offer — if you disagree, we'll send the device back at no cost.
