01 Which gaming consoles do you buy?

02 Does my console need to be in working condition?
Not necessarily. We buy consoles in a range of conditions, including those with faults like disc-drive issues, controller drift, or units that won't power on. The condition you select during the quote determines your offer, and our team confirms it on inspection.
03 Do I need to include controllers, cables, and accessories?
Please include the power cable and at least one controller so we can fully test the console on arrival. Extra controllers, the HDMI cable, original packaging, and accessories aren't required, but sending them in good condition can improve your offer. Your quote will note what we'd like you to include.
04 How do I remove my account and wipe my data?
Before shipping, deactivate the console as your primary device and sign out of your account (PlayStation Network, Xbox/Microsoft, or Nintendo Account), then factory reset it to remove your data and saved logins. As a safeguard, every device we receive is also reset again during processing.
05 How soon do I get paid after shipping my console?
Once we receive and inspect your console, payment goes out within one to two business days. Choose from PayPal, Venmo, Zelle (all instant once issued) or a mailed check. Shipping is free with a prepaid label, and you're never obligated to accept a revised offer — if you disagree, we'll send the device back at no cost.
